Why I Created This

Hey, I'm Fraser!

A coach and former corporate leader who only discovered I had ADHD at 43.

For decades I worked harder than everyone else, burned out often, and felt like I was never good enough.

The diagnosis changed my life.

Since then I have coached ADHD professionals one to one at £150 an hour. But I know many cannot afford that.

This programme is my way of making coaching accessible without losing the personal touch.
